K-9 Draco was shot and killed in the Line of Duty while trying to apprehend a murder suspect in October 2024.
To help memorialize this act of Heroism, Pawsome Solutions sponsored a community fundraiser and raised $13,500 for Mount Airy Police Department to purchase a bronze memorial statue. MAPD unveiling date TBA.
